I have been calling this Sally’s all week looking for purple hair chalk for my daughter’s Halloween costume. I talked to two different girls and they BOTH wrote down my name & phone number and ASSURED me that as soon as they got their shipment in, they’d call me. I called them this morning because I figured maybe they hadn’t unboxed everything last night and this girl told me they were all out of it already. I explained that she literally wrote my name/number down YESTERDAY promising to call me as soon as it arrived…. She then switches it up and says she has 10 more boxes to unbox and that she’ll call me back if she finds any???? ARE YOU SERIOUS? Felt uncomfortable! I’ve ask the girl at the counter if the have Karseell and she reply she didn’t know so she went in the back and ask for help . A woman came out and ask me what I was using it for. So I replied to hydrate my hair . Make it look silky. And she looked at me and ask very loud “for wigs”? I was already uncomfortable having to wear a wig because I am sick and my hair is falling out . But this look that she give me like over the shoulder make me feel even worse. I’ve got all the products she recommended but I also hold a state license for nail tech so I have a discount if 20% off in all my products. I am the most Tom girl to walk this planet and typically going to a beauty store I have no XP, but not today, Sidney and Abby (sorry if I spell your names wrong) seriously made me so comforatable and made me feel so SAFE and not judged helping me pick out stuff to do my nails!! I had no idea what to get and they took the time to explain, even willing to WRITE DOWN instructions. Literally two perfect, most beautiful souls. Seriously made my day and their customer service was out of this world. They could sell a product and do the muhhhfriggin thang! I will come here ALL the time. They are both so iconic. Summer was very helpful and made my experience amazing!! She is very personable and made sure I was satisfied and helped me pick out the right trimmers!! She is a very sweet girl!! I hope she stays there!!

Amazing staff!! The two gals that helped me were beyond sweet and both went out of their way! I believe the gals names were JeNeil and Janae (I’m also pretty sure I spelled both of their names wrong too). So my apologies. But! They both saved the day in my one particular finding and they couldn’t have been better! Not to mention the store itself was very nicely organized and clean. Awesome store! Thanks ladies!!
