Have always visited this store with great customer service but yesterday topped it for me, I went in with intentions to lighten my hair and ended up going back 3 more times to show the girls the results and get more tips, they were so sweet and helpful and it made for a fun hair process!

Today I did an online order to pickup in the store. When I arrived, the order was sitting there with my name and all my information on it, but the lady would not give it to me because she, for whatever reason, couldn't find my order in the system. She typed in every piece of information imaginable, and the computer still couldn't find the order. She's the one who picked the merchandise off the shelf to put it in the order, but she couldn't give it to me without finding it in the computer. I mean, how do you think the order got filled? Magic? Something told her to pull the items from the shelf an hour earlier and put them into a bag, but now she doesn't think it exists?? While this is all happening, a line starts to form. Sally is my favorite place to get my beauty essentials. Lillian is excellent! She introduced me to some awesome new products specifically for my hair type, she is very knowledgeable and friendly! Great experience!

Went up to the counter because I has a question about hair color. Spoke to the lady and someone came up to be rung up, told her to ring the lady out and I'd be by the dye when she was finished waiting for her assistance. Poked my head out of the aisle and she was behind the counter, playing on her phone. Took the dye up and asked if it would work the other item I was purchasing or if I needed anything else to mix with it and she responded 'it should.' Got home and realized I needed another product. Staff was not helpful. Would not recommend this location.

They dont explain that with certain gel top coats that they need a binder with it and I'm only putting the top coat on fake nails and I used saviland gel top coat and you don't need a binder and they don't know nothing about saviland products because they don't carry then so very unknowledgeable about other products and they are rude and disrespectful of their customers I will never be returning to this shop again! I'll be going to the 18 and Dequindre store where they are respectful and the know what they are talking about!
