Sally Beauty

Everytime I've gone into Sally's (especially Claremore location)..... I feel like I am never able to simply look at the products without being made to feel like I'm a suspect in a shoplifting situation! I wish they would allow customers to look!!!!!

Workers are very wonderful and helpful! There was a customer who was annoying and I commend the staff for dealing with that. Shoutout to the person with black and white hair, you were cool, I'm sorry you got treated like that. Sorry all y'all got treated like that :(

Great customer service. Called to find out if they carried a particular product. When I was sure they did I said I'd be there in a few mutton get it. When I got there the lady working had it waiting for me at the counter without me even asking her to do that. Very considerate.

I love Sally’s, but the lady working(she was older, with long hair. Not the one with pink & black hair, she was awesome) this evening was “trying” to help another person so me being a licensed cosmetologist for almost 30 years & wanting to help people, I was trying to help her not screw up this persons already overly processed hair, but she acted put out by my advice. So if it’s their job to tell people how to screw up other peoples hair, then by all means Sally on!!! It’s funny that they act like they know what they’re talking about when in reality they don’t & end up telling others how to further screw up their hair. But what do I know???? 🤷‍♀️

I love this store. Very nice employees that help me pick out my crazy bright colors, and the amount I need because of my long hair. Thanks ladies!
