Spent 75 dollars on color removal products and a permanent hair dye. Which I had never used before, so I ask the lady at the counter if I will need any conditioner or developer or ANY OTHER PRODUCT with the permanent dye. (Bc I had never done it at home alone before) she tells me no, all I need is the permanent dye. Get home, try the color removal product, nothing comes out of my hair, I think that's fine, I'll just dye over the color. I saturate my whole head, wait and wait. Nothing happens, obviously bc I didn't mix the dye with developer but I was told it didn't need it. So I wasted 75 dollars for absolutely no color removal, and no dye. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. I spent an arm and a leg and talked to a "professional " and got scammed.

I went in for some hair dye today. The ladys working tonight were very kind and helped me get all the stuff i need. Thank you again! I will always go to this location.

Horrible. You pre pay for an order and then get treated like an inmate trying to pick it up. Poor, slow time consuming process. It should never take over 10 min and fingerprint and ID to pick up an order you paid for already.

Updating to say that Madison is my go-to here. I don't trust anyone else with my hair! Michelle cut layers in my hair and did a wonderful job. She clearly has lots of experience. My only complaint is that she didn't blend the ends of my hair so it looked very thick and choppy. I had to go home and fix it with my blending shears. Otherwise great experience.

Excellent customer service, took the time to actively listen and focus on the proper course of action I should take and what to expect at every stage, understanding my ultimate goal was key to reaching my goals and didn't try to sell me unnecessary items, just exactly what I needed, explaining everything as we went along. I also appreciate the information and time that they provided me. It was a few minutes before closing and they didn't rush me through the process. That is true dedication to the customers needs and an expression of their knowledge, experience and expertise to their craft and creative solutions.
