I do not recommend buying anything here or elsewhere in Sally's, especially anything that cuts. This company stores products for a long time and when you take them out, they are damaged or they do not care about selling defective products after they can sell them for super expensive.

My fiance and I went to return a pair of clippers and the customer service was very pleasant and very helpful. She explained that we could do an exchange so we found something else. 5 stars for her for all of her help.. thank you so much..

This store is one of the best prices for any kinds of needs from hair care to nails and blow dryers! Great deals and if your a member you get freebies from time to time as well! Which we in our household we absolutely love!!

Place an order online for delivery for 50 dollars worth of product. They delivered only 1 item which was priced at $ 1.98 and charged me a $10.00 delivery fee. None of the other items were delivered. I tried to call the store and no one answered and the voicemail is full. Where is the common sense?

I absolutely love this store! I went to get something that would take my hair color out with bleach but i didn't know what to buy. The lady who worked there helped me pick something out for my hair color. 10/10 would recommend!
