I wish I would have got her name, but one of your wonderful staff members helped me out! With the knowledge that she had, she helped me get all the right supplies to do a color correction. With her knowledge and my skills, it turned out beautiful! Also I love the fact that they're open to 8pm. That is so convenient with a busy schedule.

Whoever helped me failed to mention the color I picked out needed a developer, which is also not mentioned on the box. It would've been to nice know before I wasted a whole tube. There were multiple opportunities to correct me before I left.

Sally’s on 23 mile is my favorite location by far!! Every worker is extremely helpful, nice, and caring. I’ve never had a bad experience and my hair has always turned out amazing thanks to these ladies! The manager especially has always been the nicest! We have to keep in mind everyone is human (Lisa). These girls know how to run a business and make their customers feel welcome!!

Great store almost all of the workers are licensed. They let you know what your worst and best case scenario is for when Your doing your own hair. They know what they're talking about. And if you're not willing to take the proper steps to achieve what you want they let you know what other options you have. And it's nice because once you leave it's no longer in there hands so you can't blame them. I just love them!

I was at Sally's at 23 and gratiot. This was a very uncomfortable shopping experience for me. Although I was the only customer in the store at the time there were three ladies at the counter gossiping and trash talking another employee. When I asked who the manager was, I shared with her my disappointment, she stated your the only one in the store, it is not like we do this all the time". The manager was the instigator of the conversation.
