Came into the store after a hairdresser messed up my hair. Everyone in the store was so helpful. However, Kat, the store manager is phenomenal. Not only is she so informative regarding hair care, but just all around good person. She really took the time out of her shift to help me fix my hair and provide me with the best advice for overall hair care. When your hair is in bad condition it really takes a toll on your esteem. However, she was so encouraging. She even wrote step by step how to color my hair and how to keep my hair integrity. I live far from cherry hill but will continue to go because of her. Thanks so much!

The one girl at the counter straight up followed me around the store even when I told her I didn’t need help anymore kept coming over to physically hand items to me she suggested and kept telling me “oh they only cost like so and so and you like have to get it it’s so good.” And I felt pressured her following around putting them in my hands and saying how she uses them especially to put it back in that small store where she can see me and I don’t even know where she got it from AND she is the one checking me out. Like it may only be like 5 bucks for each little thing but im already spending like 40ish for bleach developer and dye it adds up and I felt pressured to spend more then I was looking to spend in the shop for no reason. Pick another store!!! this Sally's is always out of essential items like the popular items that you come to the store for they don't restock them in a timely fashion like repeatedly no matter how many times you come there you can only find key items by luck. . No lashes, no beauty secrets glue the hair color i come for . I always come there for they never have it like it's a beauty supply store supply us with the things we come for.

As soon as I walked into the store I wasn’t greeted but the associate followed me throughout the store as if I was going to steal something. Yet a family of a different race walks in and the associate is still following me until I asked her why is she following me and not the others in the store ?? Y’all are still racial profiling in 2024. How about the Spanish family card declined several times and I simply stated to the employee see the ya why you don’t profile and I walked out !!!!

I love this store. The girl who helped me, Bri, was extremely helpful, smart and friendly. She made me feel much less nervous about my purchases and explained all the steps I needed to take with my products in great detail. Will definitely shop here again
