Usually when I make my trips I’m in and out hoping what I got will work…today’s experience was phenomenal fabulous perfect and welcoming from the associates Eddie and Angelina! Both great individuals who took their time and walked me around the store finding exactly what would work for Me!! Can’t rave about them enough and I hope they get enough recognition for what they do for the store!! :)

They have pretty much everything you’re looking for if they don’t have it in store they will always order it for you . I have got so many of there products I should buy stock in the store .. lol ! And we all have our favorite brands their. (the people who work there) very good at explaining what products are better for different types of hair more damaged hair so on .. and their return policy is really great!!

went for hair products , got low qualities ones sold for HIGH prices and saw them on SHEIN … the hair dye removal DID NOT work. neither did the dye… like is there any training here?

Went into get hair new kind of shampoo and conditioner wasn’t too sure what I needed with my thick hair. Ariana spent time with me explaining the different type of products. Not feeling rushed at all. Ended up getting amazing results Super friendly and knowledgeable! Love my soft silky hair! Store was clean and organized!

I was doing instacart on 02/28/25. When I arrived the store was closed and the time was 7:27. It was closed 30 minutes early. I waited around to see if they were just on break for about 5 minutes and a lady came to the register. I motioned to ask if they were closed and not only did she not say anything but she waved me away. I was supposed to make 11 dollars off of that order but not only did I lose that money but I also spent the gas to get there. Then the customer couldn’t get the items they ordered. So moral of the story. How about we start closing at the times POSTED ON THE WINDOW.
