Walked in and was immediately greeted and complimented by a handsome young man, who (I regrettably didn't ask for his name to give proper credit) promptly helped me with my hair color selection dilemma. After my choice was made he escorted me to the counter and signed me up with their rewards and had some amazing selling points. That said, give that wonderful man a raise! Also love the color I bought! Thanks dude 💪🏼

The woman working there, who I assume is the manager, is rude and passive aggressive. Instead of being helpful, she made me feel like I was bothering her just by asking questions. Customer service was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Buyer be ware! I shopped here twice in 2 months and created a store account for the rewards. Just recently, i decided to try online ordering because the store is a distance away from me. I was checking out, autofilled in my address and was ready to submit and create an account. Their system then asked me if I'd like to link my account with my in-store account and I agreed. A week later I got a delivery confirmation and FedEx shows a package on someone else's porch. Upon investigating, it sent my products to New Jersy to an address I do not know. They are unwilling to resolve this issue with me and im out $140. I will be finding another business to do my future business with.

Very unhelpful and rude! I purchased hair clipper yesterday from Sally’s. I got home plugged them in and they did not work. I brought them back to Sally’s because they did not work and this is where I purchased them from; Heather was rude and stated I cannot return or exchange my item; I explained to her they did not work she asked if I got a warranty for them I told her I did not she said if I did she could have given me a gift card; but at my time of purchase that was not explained to me. She told me it didn’t matter I already purchased them. Then told me to call Andis. There was another cashier next to Heather equally as rude. I asked them for their names; Dillon said WHYYY? I didn't catch her name but the woman working this last Thursday afternoon was unhelpful and rude and made me feel super awkward for asking questions. One bad experience like that is enough to convince me to stick to cosmoprof or even just TJ maxx in the future.
