This store’s remodeling was completed in March and THE HOURS ARE UP TO DATE! They are open everyday other than Easter/Thanksgiving/Christmas..or if they close early for federally reserved holidays (4th of July/Memorial Day. It is very clean in here, no clutter within the aisles. Needs more black-haircare products and cheap clear lipglosses like Asian owned beauty supply stores though!

Stopped by tonight to pick up my online order. Valeria greeted me but she quickly got busy helping another customer. Zaria completed my transaction and she noticed I selected the wrong developer type and told me she could easily change it for the correct one that I needed. She could have easily just sent me on my way with the wrong developer so as someone who knows nothing about hair color products, I really appreciated her help and advise! Thank you so much Zaria! Thank you also Valeria for your politeness. My only con with this location is the tight parking because it is in the Wal Mart shopping plaza.

I had a great experience shopping here! Tori (spelling?) did an amazing job addressing my concerns and recommending products for me. She wrote detailed notes for me to follow and was doing an amazing job juggling accommodating me and several other customers at the same time as (presumably) training and assisting a new employee. I have yet to try the products, but I can't wait!

As a third-party auditor representing vendors, when I go into a retail location, the behavior of those employees at said location is subject to my scrutiny in any type of review. While auditing inside this Sally’s location. I was confronted by the retail associate several times she asked can she assist me. I told her no after three attempts to assist me. I just kindly advised her that I’m here for an audit and I don’t need any assistance, she got upset and attempted to kick me out of the store. She then got on the phone to her manager and lied about why I was in the store stating I was refusing to answer her questions and being aggressive and rude to her. She stormed off, locked herself into the back room, leaving the store unattended. She then came back out of the back room and proceeded

Tory helped me with an order that would’ve taken me a long time to complete because I’m not familiar with the products. She found ALL OF THEM in less than a minute. She needs a raise.
