Your store has got some real weirdos working in it. I went in to get hair dye for me and my daughter, with my hair natural and not brightly dyed as usual, and your sales associate made me feel SO uncomfortable and judged. She stared me down as I walked in, and asked at least 5 times if I needed help. I said "no, thank you, we're just browsing" and she didn't move from her uncomfortably close position to me and my child. I felt incredibly uncomfortable so I rushed our color selection, and then moved on to the bleach. As I brought my stuff to the counter, I got unwanted opinions on the items I purchased, saying that "our hair will never take to these products and our hair will turn orange," how even if the dye does take, it will never come out of my daughters hair. At first I felt like I got so much attention from the staff I couldn't think. Every time I picked up a product to read the packaging I was asked if I needed anything. That made it hard to focus. However when I did decide to talk with the associate that helped me they had a lot of helpful pointers about my goal. I followed their directions and got great results. It's not easy to make yourself available for customers and I understand the pressures put on employees to make sure we are interacting efficiently. I have no reason to try any other locations or try to order online when I can just go talk to these people about my hair goals.

Best experience I've ever had at any store. The lady was helpful and answered all my questions. She even wanted me to call back in once I used the product to let them know how it went. If it wasn't up to my liking they would take the product back. I'm definitely going back there for my future shopping.

Great customer service, def will be returning here. They were so much more helpful than ulta beauty!
