I've been a customer for quite some time now. This is my first time reviewing only because of how ridiculously cold it was INSIDE the store, I was out of there within 5 minutes when I normally spend about half an hour in there shopping. I can't imagine having to work in these conditions for 5+ hours. Felt like walking into a fridge, felt so bad seeing them bundled up as if they're going to play in snow or something. Absolutely horrible. I will say though, the girls are super helpful even though they're freezing, still willing to make sure I leave happy.

Love this location. I really miss the old manager Isabella tho. I believe she left and had a baby so I’m happy for her but wish she was still here. I would come in all the time and get what I needed but I also came for a fun chat and laughs. She always helped me to find what I needed and what I didn’t know I needed lol. The girls are still great and always help me when I need so I still stay loyal to the store. Thanks Sally’s.

making fun of people for asking questions & wanting to learn is really uncool :) this location sucks & i dont feel comfortable returning honestly. best of luck

I went shopping with my daughter last evening on 11/20/23 and I'd like to share my disappointment with the extremely poor customer experience. The two young ladies at the counter were unprofessional in their dealings with us and offered no assistance. While we were the only customers in the store, they were engrossed in chatting and laughing, neglecting to help me find a specific curling iron despite my request. As a result, I left as a very disappointed customer.

I bought a hair clipper, you can’t see what you’re buying, there are only cards on the shelf. the cashier brought the desired box, a gift for my beloved, I was very happy, but when I got to the car I discovered that the metal packaging was scratched. I'm buying a gift for $170 and I don't want it to look like something made from trash. I wanted to exchange it, but they definitely didn’t have one and I had to return it.
