Olivia was SO HELPFUL! First of all she saw me waiting outside just before open and opened the door for me. That is what I call Top tier customer service! She also was very attentive and helpful with explaining the deals. She informed me about the clearance section and helped me sign up for a beauty account! She gave me amazing recommendations on shampoo and conditioner that were part of the deal going on and she was just all around awesome! That woman deserves a raise

1 star is a bit generous! Terrible customer service.. as we entered the store we were not asked if we needed help or not completely ignored.. yet a woman of white skin came in and was immediately helped . The lady only hovered over us the entire time as if we were going to steal something. And yet she still did NOT hlep us find what we were looking for ! She didn't even give us a bag at checkout . I've never felt more profiled in my life . Terrible place !

Good prices and the people are friendly

This was my first trip to this Sally Beauty and I was extremely impressed with my visit. The associate greeted us immediately and was very knowledgeable about the products I was there for. I am also so thankful for the stress and judgement free shopping experience, so I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant beauty shopping trip.

Absolutely terrible experience. Wouldn’t take my coupon even though it wasn’t expired or used and was in my app. I’ll drive the extra drive to coralville for my products. Manager is an absolute beast of a human. So rude to her staff and customers. Berated her employee right in front of me!! Disgusting.
