I went in yesterday to look for hair products, was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed any help looking for something! I wasn't sure what I needed for my hair but one of the nice kind ladies came to me and asked what I product I was looking for and I explained to her my issues with my hair. She was so helpful and told me what could work best for my hair. I loved how she listened to me first then gave me options and told me the correct instructions on how to use the hair product. I love how she knew what she was explaining to me as well, there's not too many people that work at places like this and know what they are selling to customers but she did! I will most definitely be back! Thanks again =)

I stopped in to get some new nail polishes. I'm now doing my own nails and trying to stick with natural nails and not use powders or acrylics. I explained where I am in the process of growing my nails and the sales lady was very helpful. What I appreciated most was that she suggested great quality products which didn't just happen to be the most expensive. A few were actually on sale so I saved some money. I'm looking forward to having nicely done nails with money left in my pocket.

I walked in the door and without a hello the associate is asking me can she help me find something. I tell her I need some clipper blades. They are locked. I ask her can she help with the clipper blades. I have to wait until she checks customers to get my item. Okay and then they are out of my other item. And I ask her if she knows about the other item, do they still carry it and when will they get it. She said she doesn’t know. Sally your customer service sucks. Seriously. One you profiling me cause I am black before I can get into your store. Two, you out of inventory of one of the products I need. And your associate offers no assistance. Again your customer service needs work. Why do I come to this store? If you hate your job, quit. Terrible.

Me and my sister walked in and the First Lady did greet us and was nice! My sister came up to the register to pay for her things. She did not asks or say hey to us. She had a mean and not professional attitude. We left disappointed, she was very rude. Poor customer service. Will not be going back again.

I come to this location a lot. I've only been treated poorly one time. I am thinking the girl tbat was working that day wasn't feeling it. I came a few days ago because I am about to color my hair, and another is because my daughter had braid up too long, and now they are locs, matted and tangled. The young lady, and I cannot remember her name. She had locs in her hair. She reccomend the Sauce guacamole leave in, and oh ny gosh, it was a miracle worker. I came back today because my die was off. The young lady that was in there today even remembered my name. I asked her how she knew, and she said that she remembered me by my hair color felt special. I love this location because they are always knowledgeable. Maybe the young lady who I and everyone encountered in the past was just going thro
