I love the new store manager! She breath of fresh air, and is always wanting to help me out when I need it. Definitely right move to have her in the store, and is just very helpful! Will be back!!

Very disappointed with this store. Management is unprofessional and doesn’t seem to have things running smoothly. Products are almost always out of stock, which defeats the purpose of coming in. Definitely needs improvement.

ALWAYS LOVE COME IN ESPECIALLY WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT!!! The new staff is amazing and definitely love how helpful they are. Plus they are always willing to help me pick out new color and answer questions!💕

I meant to post this a few weeks ago. I visited the store and needed assistance finding a product. A newer employee (with pink hair) kindly tried to help me, but she wasn’t familiar with the item I needed. She explained that she would check with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager (a blonde old woman) dismissed her request for help and told her she would have to wait until she was finished talking in the back. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes, and the manager never came out to assist. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue—the manager is often in the back and rarely available to help either customers or employees. It’s very frustrating, and I feel bad for the staff who are left to handle everything on their own without proper support.

New management is awful. Susan was always so helpful and such a backbone to this store. I will be forever taking my business elsewhere.
