After a failed boxed-dye hair job, I came to Sally's looking for some guidance. The store associate was extremely helpful. She suggested what products to use and how to use them correctly. Thanks to her, she saved my hair! I did not get the associates name, however, she was hispanic with glasses and blonde hair. Thanks again!

I don't now the name of the person that helped me, it's not on the receipt but she has multicolored bright hair and they are amazing! Color matched me perfectly, explaining why the one i wanted wasn't right, and suggested shampoo and conditioner that is fantastic. My hair feels better than it has before when I dye it myself.

I been driving 35 min to come to sally after years that I don’t do my hair my self and I got here was looking for the correct Red tint for me Was there for 20min and the employees walking and talking to each other And felt they didn’t want to come and ask if I needed assistance I am lost here but I walked out and no one approached me I’m so upset of people like this We need better customer service 6/14/25 @ 11:20am

The manager at Store 1254 WOW'D me. She went above regular customer service. By her going out to other stores to pick up other products that I needed.So,that I wouldnt have to go out my way.The customer service is always outstanding at this store. Thank you,My Gaurdian Angel!!! Mrs.Stevenson

Today was a wonderful experience. Finally, after all the shopping, I did there. I finally got ten dollars off towards my bill. it couldn't have happened at a better time. Anyway, I shop there all the time for all my hair needs.I absolutely love sally's!
