lemme tell you, whoever the big daddy is of this sally’s gosh i love you so much. i walked in with my best friend looking for pink hair dye that was vibrant and Mariah (lovely woman by the way) helped me through everything and gave me great recommendations and explained how a color stripper works. Mariah if you read this i am so grateful for you and all of your help. and i will definitely come back to show you how my hair turned out. Made an online order here, picked up my order no issues. Went home opened the box of colorfix I bought, and it has 2 steps 1’s and 1 step 3, it was missing step 2. I called the store immediately to inform them I was coming back up there because the box was missing the step 2. When I arrived the girl working (I didn’t get her name) insinuated that it had been used. I told her if it had been used then they sold it to me that way because i had clearly not used it. She told me she couldn’t do a return i’d have to purchase a new one. So not only would she not give me my money back but she made me buy a new one because THEY sold me a damaged/used product. When I contacted customer service they told me the store should have done the return. It was not a good experience.

Given the fact that I was forced to come to this shop as a Door Dasher due to the country’s terrible job market; Porsche the store manager was an absolute savior in helping me find what I need and was very helpful throughout the process. If I had hair and was a woman, I would definitely comeback

I went by today. There was plastic and tape on most of the shopping center's business doors and windows including Sally's but everyone was open except Sally's. Pulled on the door and it was locked. I tried calling, no answer and no sign explaining anything about all the plastic on the windows and doors. I'm a and needed some things for a job tomorrow and now I can't get them. The website has no explanation for the store being closed and it say they're open. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. And they do not close until 8:00 p.m. very disappointed because now I would have to drive all the way to Woodstock to get what I need. Next time do better Sally's to explain why you were not open during business hours!

Kiera and Mariah are so damn amazing I just over hear a chick complaining about taxes, Sally’s does not control that. There is no need to be rude to the staff when they are so friendly and helpful!
