Came here on Friday with my kids to buy my girlfriend some hair dye as a gift for her birthday. I'll admit I didn't know much about what I was looking for, but explained to the employees what my girlfriend likes and they gave me great suggestions on what to buy! I got Arctic Fox in light blue, some bleach, and some developer, and then a bunch of tools I didn't know were needed for all that. Thank you to Sally's for making my girlfriend's day special, and thank you to my girlfriend for being impressed and teaching me how to help her dye her hair.

Very knowledgeable staff! A hair stylist messed my hair up (before, after, where I was in the process of evening out by hair and the after that pics of the color done by the stylist, and what I did afterwards). The cut is still messed. U just don't know who to go to. I can do it Now, but it takes a lot longer.Now, it's a little more uniform in color. In the past, I've have really messed up my hair, trying to color myself. Once I accidently did Morticia black. So I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out. The darker color in my hair is from when I was dying black. Ive been black for about 10 years. Since Covid, it's been over a year since I've colored at a Salon. Magenta is definitely my color!

A couple weeks back I had the absolute worst experience in this Sally’s ever. Mind you I have been a loyal customer for years now. I had made a purchase and one of the tubes of hair color was damaged so I went in to exchange it less that 15 min after I bought it. I know the return exchange policy so I knew that I was eligible for an even exchange/replacement. The cashier then told me that she had to charge me for a new one and I explained the policy to her and told her never mind I’m just going to call customer service to help me or to verify the policy I also showed her the receipt because it’s stated on there. When I said that she all of a sudden was able to assist me and had an attitude about it. She exchanged me the wrong color so when I did my mother in laws hair it came out not as ex

When I go there always closed after business hours specially in the morning is supposed to be open at 10 is ten 10:30 and still closed or a signs tha said they will can back in 10 minutes but they don’t
