Be sure you buy exactly what you need (even if the company has stopped making the product you've always used, without giving any notice they're not making it and the packaging is exactly the same as other products) If you purchase the wrong product & use any discount offer, don't expect an "even exchange", you will not be given an even exchange and you will be "back charged" for any discount you may have received on your initial purchase. Yes they did this. 35% they back charged on my "exchange" The claim is you've already "used" the discount & it cannot be applied to more than one purchase.. even if you attempt an even exchange. Let the buyer beware

Needed a lighted make-up mirror like I have had. I mistakenly thought the power of the old mirror that I got at Sally Beauty years ago was a 10X, all they had in the store was a 8X. Michelle was extremely helpful - opened the boxed mirror (no easy task) and even plugged the mirror in so I could see it lit. I purchased the 8X and when I compared it to the one at home, it is the exact mirror, as I mentioned I was incorrect in what I thought the magnification of the old mirror was. Without Michelle's help, I would have had to make another trip, which is over 18 miles, to make the purchase. Thank you Michelle for all your help.

The tender was really helpful, I was trying to find some shampoo based in some scientific research and she helped me perfectly with some explanation. 10/10!

Had stopped in to pick up a hand cream that I use yesterday. Out of stock but they got 3 tubes in today. I bought them all. For an item that was on sale and sells well was a little surprised only 3 came on the truck today. Not sure how other items are stocked. This is my routine purchase at SB

New management and new staff!!! I had started going to Sally's in Harrisburg because of some racist comments made once when I was in this store. Today I decided to stop in anyway due to needing to stay local and I'm sooooo glad I did! The 2 young ladies who were in there were absolutely fantastic!!! I spent over an hour in the store and learned about some new products. It felt more like shopping with my girlfriends than employees helping me. They love their job and it shows! I'll be coming back for all of my hair supply needs.
