I observed Kelly help an instacart shopper out it was very nice. Nina and Kelly do an awesome job together if one doesn’t know it the other does. It was quite refreshing especially, since a new system was implemented giving difficulty Nina was very patient. Good job.

Went in on weeknd met by Kimberly and greeted my Kelly. Both girls were so sweet helpful and amazingly good service! Thanks ladies will be back! 🤗🍕

I was originally going to buy my products from Amazon but I wanted to wash my hair asap since prime wasn’t available for the products I wanted, I recalled Sally’s but not in my current area, I noticed they offered same day delivery..So, I ordered same day delivery last night and expected it the next day ofcourse but what I wasn’t expecting was how early my order was delivered in the morning. Then enclosed was such a nice thank you on my receipt from an associate Kelly, so thank you!

Placed an online order to smooth things up at pick up..but no it's worse. According to the well experience of 25yr+ manager customer service online it's not the same in store. Showing all they care it's about the money...not the regularly local customers that bring business to the shop. Made the experience with sallys terrible.

will admit ive never been here in person, but I’ve ordered items from this store for delivery and they always arrive perfect and SO fast even for 2 hour delivery! the thank you notes are always so sweet
