Alice was a treat to be around! She provided us with amazing customer service. Even with an injured knee, she still went out of her way to give us an above and beyond experience! I would highly recommend this sally beauty for its associates (especially alice), welcoming atmosphere, and great selection of products.

Best customer service at any sally I have been to by far. So grateful for the lady who helped me today. She was so knowledgeable and caring and took her time to make sure I was all set. This is my first attempt of highlighting my own hair. Truly appreciate her, she is superb and deserves a raise! I wish I remembered her name, she really made the whole process simple for me.

I needed dye for my SIL, and I had no clue what I needed. The sales clerk was so helpful and friendly. I plan to return again in the future. I like the store layout and the many options of shampoo/conditioner and hair brushes. I gave you a high review due to how I was welcomed, how I was helped, understood, and for the friendly atmosphere.

I recently visited and had witnessed something that should never take place in a work setting. I came in for hair dye, and when I went to check out there was a shorter older lady with blonde hair at the register, I didn't catch her name but before she was able to ring me up and she was asked by who I assume was a manager to she was needed for something else and that newer worker would take her place, that was fine and the newer girl was very nice and helpful. the part that makes this experience so distasteful is that the older then proceeded to storm of as if she was upset and you could hear her mumble what couldn't have been kind words under her breath and while knocking things over, be it accidental or on purpose it was giving the actions of a toddler throwing a tantrum. Enjoyable Sally's experience- building is well maintained and the staff is attentive/will all ask if you need help, but this location's staff doesn't treat you like a dummy or a criminal if you don't need any assistance, which is lovely. The lady didn't ask if I needed developer, which honestly I appreciated because I've visibly been dying my hair the same color for a long time. If you're not sure what to get, the staff is happy to help. If you know what you're there for, the staff is super chill. Also, there was someone at the register when it was time to check out! I like this location.
