Huge shout out to Heather!!!! I walked in and needed help with color correcting my money pieces that were done professionally elsewhere. The pieces turned out way too blonde for me, so I told Heather I wanted it to be more near my root color and not super bold. She helped me find the perfect options and it was so easy and worked just how I wanted it to! Thank you so much, Heather!

I didn’t get to catch the name of the lovely lady who assisted me with finding products for my curls, I ended up buying BTZ’s products and if she reads these I just wanted to let you know they work!! My curls have never been better and they don’t feel gunky at all! Thank you for helping me!! <33

Staff is always rude and disrespectful. They make me feel like I’m always bothering them. I had to bring my kids in with me to color match my daughter to cover her highlights and they said to just use the swatches. So I did and my son just wanted to look at the window and look at the colors of one of the boxes and they acted like he was tearing apart the store. They seem to care less about people. I will NEVER go back! I have given that store more chances than I should have had and it’s been disappointing each time.

I was more than happy with my visit to Sally's at the Camp Hill, PA location. Specifically Heather, one of the two employees who were on duty during my visit. Heather went above and beyond to explain and answer any and all questions (which were quite a few) that I had about dying my hair. She was educated and knowledgeable on all subjects we discussed and able to give me an answer of her own without having to seek out the other associate for assistance. She did all of this while still maintaining the register and other customers who were also in need of attention as well. All in a respectful and professional manor which kept me as a customer at ease and confident I was too on her priority list. The girl in the store this evening was so kind and helpful, i wish i got her name so I could tell her how much I appreciate her help. She had an Art the Clown pin on her lanyard, super sweet and bubbly. She helped me get exactly what I needed and answered all of my questions.
