I was just into the Cambridge store and had a great experience. The employee who helped me greeted me instantly and showed me exactly wait I needed and how to use it! She was awesome! Thanks for a great experience!!

Was charged twice for one product, called for. My money back and was told I couldn’t get a refund for “an invisible thing”. Worker was very rude. Called customer service and they claimed they didn’t see any charge. Had to file a dispute with my bank

It all depends on who's working when you go in there for help. It seems like if they have crazy colored hair then the norm is boring to them. Some treat you like they've got better things to do then help you get happy with your purchase. Popular phrase is if you don't like it bring it back. Some of the people that work at the Sally Beauty really need to get educated!!!!!!!! Mistakes are not acceptable

My friend and I came in looking for some wild hair colors and did not have a whole lot of knowledge in dying hair. The 2 people working here were so incredibly helpful in educating us about the proper treatments and guided us through the whole process. Process worked perfectly, and now my hair is the exact color I wanted. Can't thank the staff here enough! You rock!

This is not the Sally’s to go to, judgmental young ladies hard to deal with and if you need to exchange something or take something back forget about it , they make it as hard as possible, a pretentious group fully shoes they think the old school hair dressers are trash. It feels unnerving in this location :/
