Didn’t catch the workers name but the worker helped with showing me multiple products for my problem. Very knowledgeable and kind. Took the time to explain different concerns I had and offer solutions. The worker had very colorful hair and deserves a raise.

Walked into Sally's minutes before they were closing. I wasn't aware that they were closing as the sign was not turned and the door was still open. As soon as I walked in the girl said just so you know we will be closing shortly and then the register girl says "actually we are closed" and they dismiss me. I come here often and I've been a loyal awards member. I used to work in retail and would never turn away a customer if they walk in right before we are closing. I literally was going to walk in grab one thing and walk out. Everytime I come to this location there is an issue, literally everytime...they are always out of supplies, they always have signs up for free items if you buy so many and then you get to the register and they say oh we're sorry we are out of the free item.
