If I could give a negative 0..I would. I not from this area but have visited other Sally’s establishments. Rude CS and poor checkout service. Do you really think folks don’t have other options of places to purchase their hair products. Small businesses but you’ll stay small with this behavior. Big box businesses will take all your clients.. But companies ask you to buy local. Change your attitudes..

Absolutely terrible customer service I wasn’t greeted upon entering this store. The entire time I walked around looking for a specific item I was never asked if I needed help. Another employee came from the back, and started walking around aimlessly where I was looking. It felt like I was being watched as if I’d steal. Upon checkout I wasn’t asked if I found everything okay or needed help. After the transaction was finished I didn’t receive a thank you or have a nice day NOTHING! I will never again shop in this location I’m disgusted by the employees. If you don’t know how to act in customer service/retail FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WORK!!

The 2 people I've talked to every time I come here are super helpful and nice. They greet me as soon as I walked in, asked if I need help finding anything, and recommend some products cause I wasn't sure what to use on my hair. They don't push you into buying anything which is nice, and their recommendations have worked really well so far!

Love this store! I am always greeted with smiles. I always get help when asked. Every staff member I have encountered has been such a pleasure to work with. I get compliments on my makeup and hair every time too. Love the ladies at this location

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked in and the lady at the counter was just standing there looking in the distance. And i greeted her to try to make eye contact and then nothing happened. I went about my business to get my hair dye and when I went back to the counter the lady was still looking away and not acknowledging my presence, as if i were invisible. There was only one other customer in the store so there was no excuse for her behavior. I put my hair dye on the counter to greet her and asked her politely if she was open. She did not even look at me or say anything. She just stood there and there was an awkward silence. Another employee went to the other cash register and told me she can help me. It took them about ten minutes to do a return because they were so in
