This store is a trainwreck in Burnsville. I just walked in there and asked the clerk if I bought a product, would they give me the price THEIR APP says it is at the Burnsville store. She said well, it's the same price as the app. I said it wasn't yesterday - your store charges MORE than your app prices indicate for this store. Then she had to call her boss. NEXT, I want to look at Ion demi hair color. She says you need a 10 developer. There are ZERO instructions on the outside of the box. I say how do I know what I need - the outside of the box says NOTHING about needing to buy anything else nor directions on anything. My boyfriend bought me 2 of the effasol color removal packettets the day before they said it's the last two, but I needed another one so I looked online and it says it's available so next morning i called and confirmed it before I went into the store. 5 mins later I showed up the same old lady that picked up my call from the morning saw me she didn't bother saying hi, so I said to her I'm the person who called this morning about the Effasol she looked annoyed and mumbled to me it's by the silver aisle or something so I tried looking for it by myself then she came and when it's time to ring me up she asked me to sign up for a membership I said no I'm ok. Then she said the product is only for professionals that she can't bypass it. I told her my bf bought 2 yesterday and it says I can buy it

I was there 10/31/19 between 10:30 and 11:00 am. The woman who helped me was not able to listen to what I wanted and just kept repeating that she didn’t know what I was talking about. She was very rude so I left. She followed me to the car and sort of apologized and said I should come back in I accepted her apology but said no and she kept at it till I said I would come in and then she just treated me very rudely again. I would be very hesitant to shop there again. I would not want to ever deal with her again.

The old lady always has an attitude and follows you around like your stealing. She’s not really helpful, feels like she’s judging you and like I said has an attitude about what your buying /looking for. I put my stuff back and went to a different Sally’s.
