Always great atmosphere the ladies are so friendly I never have any issues or complaints been shopping here for over 20 years. Busy as it’s one of the only locations in the inner city. Other than that no complaints.

I just had the BEST EXPERIENCE at Sally Beauty Elmwood. Michael (Diva) is a wizard of hair care. Each product was explained in detail and I left feeling like a princess. Thank you for making my day. I can't wait to get my hair back in shape. Diva you are AMAZING.

I have went there twice and each time the staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They made me feel comfortable and welcome and didn't treat me like I was an inconvenience. I previously went to another location in the area and the experience was awful! Good to know that there are still people in the customer service industry that actually practice exceptional customer service!!

Staff was friendly had my on line order ready n check out was quick.

I came in today to lighten my hair more so I can actually color it pink. I met Alicia and asked her for help. She was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful, super kind, And she really made my day! It’s crazy that human interaction with somebody. I don’t even know absolutely make your day, especially when they are kind and extremely helpful. Thank you, Alicia never change and keep up the amazing work. You’re a very kind human being and I can’t thank you enough for today.!
