I don't normally write reviews but the customer service at this locations is EXCELLENT. I was greeted and offered assistance by Cadence as soon as I walked into the door. I declined, and she was respectful. As I was about to leave empty handed, the manager offered assistance again. The manager explained the different types of shampoo and conditoner products and was able to give me a personalized recommendation (the Bryan water is super drying to my hair). As someone with allergies, I was worried about the lack of testers but the manager took the time to explain their return policy and emphasized the want for me to find what works for me. Highly recommend this location!

I went in to Sally’s to pick up my usual bleach, developer, and semipermanent dye. I’ve bought these formulas for years. The associate made several remarks about the products, saying I would fry my hair. I ignored this comment but was perplexed as I’ve used it for years. They then offered me a hair treatment to pair with my bleach, which I declined to get. After this, they were extremely rude, scowled at me, and flippantly said bye. I definitely won’t be returning to this store because of this unprofessional behavior.

This is my store to go to for my hair products especially hair color. The ladies know me already by now and they are always nice n greeting me and making sure I am in need of help or whatever. Thank you ladies ya are all doing a great job, but other then that there prices are good and they have different selections and especially for men that I like to try new things with hair coloring cause I actually do change my hair every 3 weeks. But overall I give more then a 5 star and keep coming wit all them products and etc.

Would give store zero stars if possible. Two ladies that were working were absolutely clueless or just didn't care. Neither could smile or say hi and cashier had no idea about products or rewards program. Other employee was just as useless, didn't even want or care when I asked about nail acrylic products and Keratin treatment products. Response I received about Keratin treatment was "you need more than one person to apply it", sadly I was asking about quality of each of the products. Will never be back, online only from now on. 😪😪👎👎

My mom (who has shopped at this store for 2 decades) made herself look like a Karen today and accused a worker of following us around and watching us when said worker was actually putting tags on products. She went on a rant to the manager of the place and was cursing her out up and down. Needless to say, I was highly embarrassed and probably won't shop here again because of my mom. It's sad though, because their hair products are amazing.
