The rudest most disrespectful staff with nasty attitude!! I came to return (newely bought items, she kept asking me if i had the receipt so i told her i have everything listed in my account, she didn't want to check my account, when i came to the store she was cursing someone ! And the i told her one of the items passed the 60 days so she said well we can't return so i said I thought i can exchange if it's still good meaning (not usable) she called the manager which was from the Queens branch (maspeth) the manager goes like i told you not to do any kind of returns on stuff you have bought before aren't you the same person who came to queens the other day !! She started screaming on the phone i tried to explain to her saying those items are totally different items from the other items she

I came to Sally’s looking for something for my scalp. Lately it had been very dry. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Marie & Genesis. Their bubbly personalities was well a breath of fresh air. Marie walked me to the section and gave me a few options on what to get and helped me pick the best choice. Staff is extremely rude ! One of the workers were on the phone cursing! They don't give the right advice!
