Sally Beauty

I came into Sally yesterday out of frustration with just never getting my hair right. I asked the worker for help (sorry I never got their name, but they had short dark hair), and they immediately picked up on my vibe and what I needed. They were so kind and helpful, and now I’m equipped with the right products and tips. I really appreciated their willingness to help.

I’ve been coming to this store for a long time, and from here on out I’ll be going somewhere else. Over the last few visits, it has felt like the employees aren’t interested in preforming their job as if they only want to collect a paycheck & leave. It feels like there’s been weird tension in the store recently, leading to a uncomfortable shopping environment I use to love buying hair dye here, but I can’t have the negative energy of the store in my life

Returned something tonight and the girl working acting like she had to take it out of her own check to give me a refund. She had such an attitude, as a customer when having a receipt and non used items it’s my right to get my money back! If you don’t like your job, quit. Won’t shop at this location anymore.

I was there Saturday morning. And Rachel was extremely helpful when I asked her about a product she didn't try to sell me in the most expensive but sold me on the best for my care. She also gave tips on poplar shampoo, using oil in your hair, and how to curl etc. Amazing service... thanks Rachel. I also loved the organic and natural products!!

Ally was very helpful and kind! She helped me find what I was looking for and answered all my questions. Definitely will be back again!
