I went to Sally’s Beauty Supply yesterday and the manger, Nicolette was so patient, kind and helpful. I truly appreciated her help. Going to color my hair now per her instructions…stay tuned!!👍😃

Heaven the assistant manager was so helpful and kind she helped me find everything I needed quick and efficiently and had amazing customer service skills i highly recommend this store because of her! It's not often you find a store that actually has employees who know what good customer service is I find a lot of places are severely lacking and this is not one of them! Thank you Heaven you are so helpful!!!

The sweetest girls ever seriously eased my anxiety and helped me find products that would help my brass, I really wished I asked for their names to give them a personal shout out. They deserved to be recognized for their awesome customer service!

I used to avoid this location because of the traffic, but I stopped by when my usual location did not have the color I was looking for. I have a new usual spot! Service here is always amazing, every staff member I have encountered is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, recommendations are always appropriate and not pushy. Love all these lovely ladies. Extra thanks to the chick with the orange and purple hair for recommending the sauce hair masque, I can't remember the last time my curls looks this good!

There is not a time I don’t Get the best service in this store. They are so eager and friendly to help. I’ve had multiple people now help me find stuff I need. I was There on 11/13/2020 and the two ladies working were amazing and helpful. If there manager reads this they 100% deserve a raise and kudos!
