The experience was okay the person that was working at Sally's beauty around 12 during the day. Today was saying that there's no generic brands for the purple shampoo and Was trying to get me to buy the more expensive bottles and I don't have that much money to go off of however, I also bought blue hair dye and developer. I mean, the developer is really good. And so is the blue hair dye, but the associate that was working today tried to get me to buy the more expensive brand of the purple shampoo, and it kind of upset me, because she was trying to say that. They didn't have another brand of purple shampoo, and she was trying to get me to buy $40 worth of her products and more, and she was also telling me to bleach my hair for a third time and my hair is almost dead already, and she could

I've been meaning to post this for a minute. This store has been so great, with the customer service and I always leave with a smile on my face.

Staff is very friendly and greets you when you come in. They are super helpful and kind. My mom and I buy hair bleach, and lilac purple hair dye. Amongst other things. I recommend coming here!

This guy named Saigen was disrespectful and unprofessional I asked to return clippers that were faulty and cutting people, him and his manager denied my request then wrote a bad review for my work because I was frustrated about the lack of good customer service. He never even had a haircut at my place off work, they never let me know about their no return policy. Terrible service and all around terrible people. Do better Sally’s.

Store Manager Sydney is fair and made sure that I was able to replace a defective product from the manufacturer with something that i would be able to use safely, and also be satisfied with my purchase. I reached out to manufacturer with no help. Fortunately, Sydney went above and beyond. Local stores need more friendly helpful people like her. Thanks Sally Beauty Supply.
