Carole is absolutly the rudest woman. I bought 2 tubes of hair color and was not satisfied with the color. I spoke with someone through the chat in the website and was told to take whatever was left back and they would give me a refund. Carole refused claiming it was company policy that I had to do a swatch and if I didn't like that bring back the rest-that ia NOT what the policy says nor is it what the lady on chat told me. When I pointed out the policy written on the back of the receipt and told her that's not what the lady (Amanda R. thru chat) told me she then began asking for a code. She tried saying that a code was required from customer service to return anything, this I'm 10000% sure was a flat out lie because customer service would have known this and given me one, which they did

I really love this place my family & I have been coming here for years. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Also smiling. They know me by name.

Hours are wrong. Got here at 4:30 and the doors were locked.

My experience here wasn't great...I was looking for hair dye that I can just put in and not buy the solution with it...When I went the person that was there was rude and on their phone...They tried to get me to buy the most expensive hair dye...I am NOT coming back here no more!!! GO ELSEWHERE for hair products!!! DON'T waste your TIME and MONEY here!!!

The lady that works there always on the phone and if you talk to her while she’s on the phone she’s calls the cops for you. Very very rude. Not sure how they allow such rude human being works with public like this. Unbelievable behavior.
