What a bad customer service today January 4 at 6:40. The cashier looked at me with a bad attitude. And she gets more angry when I returns a product that I didn't like. Then I paid for another product and she had a terrible attitude and didn't even talk, only she pointed with her hand. And when she spoke she was very rude and raising her voice. She was always making an ugly face. Nothing to do with the other worker!!! She didn't even say thank you, she just wanted me to leave the store. Well, workers like her are only going to ruin the store, because with that bad customer service, no one will want to buy there.

Went to sallys and this lady idk her name but she was the sweetst ever she helped me get the right developer and toner it was so nice shes amazing!!! 5stars give her a raise

Finally!! they hired staff that's interested in helping customers locate products they are searching for while at the same time being respectful!! previous staff were rude caused me to stop shopping at Sally's for hair care products .. visit today was awesome!!

avery has the best customer service and is so nice, definitely would go back to just see her and buy more hair products
