Toya and Sofie provided exceptional, detailed client service on my visit this evening. They searched my purchase history to insure I purchased the correct products as I came in without my list. It was a very pleasant experience. I'll most certainly return to this location!

Went here to buy stuff to dye my hair and had never bought anything but box dye. Toya was so friendly and helpful immediately and then Lilliana was super nice and friendly as well! Thanks so much ladies!

would have rated 0 stars if that was an option. i wanted to be in and out fast since i only needed a few things and was in a bit of a rush but when i got there i was the only person in the store. i figured the person was in the back using the bathroom so i waited patiently for someone to check me out. it was atleast a good 20-30 minutes later before the worker comes strolling in from the mall with an ice cream cone in her hand and didn’t even say a word to me while checking me out. I get if someone was in the back working or using the bathroom but if someone is going to leave the shop why keep it open?? if not for the lack of customer service but that is a security issue!!

The managers name is Henry. He is a terrible person. I was trying to buy two sets of nails. That is all. I had two rewards with barcodes. He would not apply both rewards. I suggested that I buy it online and pick up in store. He agreed, I did that and then he told me that I can’t take the items now, I have to wait 4 hours for them to complete it. This is terrible customer service because he started yelling at me saying that is their policy. Why would he tell me to go ahead if he knew I couldn’t get the items now. Because he’s mean and malicious. Terrible customer service. I actually had to call Sally beauty customer service to get this resolved. Are we children??? Grow up, I shouldn’t have to call “your parents” to complete my purchase.

Low inventory and the staff was just unhelpful. I picked up the last item of a product and noticed it was defective. Sales person acknowledged it was defective, said they didn’t have anymore (without checking anything) and then proceeded to put it right back for another customer to deal with…
