Sally Beauty

I made on online order yesterday to be picked up in store and I paid through a alternative payment option online. Well when I got to the store they didn't have 2 of the 3 items I had ordered witch was fine other than the fact that the alternative payment option still charged me for everything I had ordered even though I wasn't getting the product. Well let me tell you the manager was so very helpful she got right on the phone to make sure I didn't get charged and everything that could go wrong with her calling customer service went wrong bad phone connection ect. But she didn't let it bother her she made sure I walked out of their with my product and not being overcharged even though I'm sure it took up her lunch break. But I'm super grateful for the great customer service.

I went to Sally's looking for two specific items, only one of which they had. But the gal who worked behind the counter asked if she could help me find the shampoo I needed. We didn't find it, but she took my number so she could call me when they have it in stock. No one does this anymore, but Sally's does. Even though it's out of my way, it's worth the time and effort to shop there. Fantastic! Thank you.

I am so grateful and appreciate my now go to beauty supply store, "Sally Beauty Supple Stores". I now have my hair healthy again thanks to your employees recommendations. Due to a medical condition and the pandemic I cannot go out like I would like to, I appreciate and want to acknowledge the employees at Sally's beauty supply as they know all the products and recommendations are right on point. Christian from store #3885 She did not rush me off the phone nor did she say I had to come in to look around to see what they have, her recommendations were we're right on point nowadays it is very hard to find employees that go above and beyond to help customers. I have been in the field of Customer Service for over 30 years. I am now a Customer for life. Thank you for having great employees.

The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful. I went in looking for products to help repair my recently bleached hair. I asked one of the employees her thoughts on a product I was thinking about purchasing and she suggested another one that was comparable to a line I have used before. She even suggested a few others I could try based on her experience with the line. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I found one young lady who assisted me. She was very helpful & polite ☺ Sally's never seem to have enough staff to unload their delivery trucks in order to keep their shelves stocked. My favorite mousse, TreSemme 4+4, was completely discontinued. What a huge disapointment 😔
