They where there when I needed them, and when I didn’t they didn’t keep asking if I needed help which can be annoying sometimes. The price is expected, as u see online that’s the same price I paid in stores also the red looks darker on the label but it’s actually a beautiful red almost like an apple, my sister loved it

I came in a few days ago and the store was very well organized i knew what i needed to buy and where to find it. Unfortunately april was a bit overbearing. I already have troubles in stores and it stressed me out so much so that i ended up buying the wrong supplies. I understand she was being polite but the conversation was a bit distracting..

I went in to Sally’s to get extensions as I was finally at the color I’ve been trying to achieve. The lady with dark brown hair helped me yesterday. I was very clear on what I wanted and was given the total opposite. The extensions turned out way too dark as the brown I was given was way too dark. Now I’m having to go back dark which I just got done hassling to get light. I know everybody there does their best to help. But it’s very unfortunate when you’re asking questions and get provided with the wrong product.

Went in to get some new nail supplies, and April was an absolute delight! She helped me pick the best supplies, gave me nail advice, and was overall just super kind and helpful! Everyone else that I've had help me before has also been amazing, I always look forward to stopping by when I have a bit of extra cash. Definitely recommend stopping by! :3

I did a pick up order here and it done and ready to pick up in less then 30 minutes. When i arrived the store was busy and there was only one girl working but she was beyond sweet and kind even though she was being pulled in every direction. Love this location and products. I will continue to shop here for all my hair dye needs!
