There was a young lady named Brandy, she is a gem to this store. Im new to hair color and she help explain what color and brands would work well with the look im going for. Brandy also helped me find products for my daughter curly hair. Along with nails, hair tinsel for my daughter and I to have a fun valentines! Brandy was patient in informative. I wouldn't have spent a $125.55 if it wasn't for her. Thank you Sally's for hiring gals like Brandy with wonderful customer service skills! I hope you and your little one have a good valentines day

I went into this store abt a month ago I was fully red trying to go blonde again. Walked in there asked the lady what to do cuz I have no clue what to do to go back to blonde she handed me the wrong toners wrong lightener wouldnt answer any questions I had due to the fact I have fried my hair and was trying to avoid that feel like she didn’t know what she was doing. Don’t work at a hair place if u don’t know what you’re giving to your customers especially for hair! Thank u. Thought I would put this on here didn’t know she messed me up until I went back into the store after I let my hair sit n get back to normal and got the right stuff and now the right blonde

I am a dasher. Came in from noon to about 12:15 on September 12 of 2025. Looked all over the store for what my customer needed and couldn't find it. Asked the cashier, didn't catch her name but she was of no help. Didn't come help look for it, nothing. Just stood there twiddling her thumbs. And no she was not busy. In the end had to refund the customer of the item because I just could not find. If you are a dasher I would avoid this location like the plague because it is going to wreck you shop and on time ratings.

My girlfriend went to this location, bought all of this stuff (and more that she used completely). She says everything was easy to find and she got all the help she needed. She also says that the girl with red/orange hair was amazing and sweet to our 2 year old. She was incredibly patient and even let my daughter help scan all the items

employee was rude and none of her “help” actually worked… acted like every customer is nothing but an inconvenience. wish i could get a refund but their policy is awful
