TL;DR: Long-time customer, had an IBS emergency, used the restroom (like I've done many times). Cashier screamed at me for 2 minutes, accused me of being a thief, and kept cutting me off even after I apologized. won't shop here again while she works there. Full story: I’ve been shopping at this Sally’s for the six years I’ve lived here. Today, I stopped in to grab hair bleach. The cashier greeted me like always. THEN my IBS hit me hard & I nearly had an accident bending down for the product. I ran to the bathroom in the back (door was open, and I’ve used it plenty of times before). After I washed my hands and came out, the same cashier suddenly accosted me, raising her voice for nearly two minutes straight. She told me I’m “not allowed in the back,” that I “need permission” to use the rest

Back in the days, the clerks at Sally used to be cheerful, helpful and polite. Today Saturday probably the business day of the week, I got the rudest and ignorant person I could get in retail. Not only answered me with an attitude at my first question and throughout the whole conversation, but also told me to read the instructions instead of asking her. If I knew what I needed, I would've bought it online, but I don't know, that's why I drove there. I was planning to buy a couple of recommended products by the clerk, give them a try before paying a Salon, well not today, back to Amazon reviews. As a cosmetologist, truthfully I do have to purchase alot "professionally licensed products " that unfortunately Sally's doesn't carry. Which dies make it easier for the general customers and an easy trip for me, instead of a huge club size store. I do however love an opportunity to shop there for some "professional hair color" items and there selection of general beauty products, including a large nail color selection and fun hair finds. They always have the basics too. Lots of hair and beauty tools. I've always had a great customer service experience. The girl who works at night, with the fun pink hair is fantastic. Store is always clean, Shelves are well stocked, for the most part, Staff is Friendly and Courteous. Most of the time they have the Hair Coloring that is needed but, when they are 'Out of Stock,' trying to get them to call another store is something they refuse to do. Also, when asked when a shipment is coming in, you are never able to get a direct answer. The Cashier is slow and at times, overwhelmed if there are more than 2 people on line. Other than that, it's a pretty good Store to grab your Coloring products.
