OMG, The service here was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The cashier Amil and the manager Hanna were the kindest, funniest and most customer service oriented people EVER! I was crabby when I entered and their wonderful energy totally changed and made my day. They literally saved my Halloween and made me want to go out and enemy day. Thanks and stop in for a visit… you’ll be glad you did!

I went there to buy hair color products. The ladies who were assisting us showed kindness and proactive attitude showing us different alternatives and products. I highly recommend this location.

I used to go to this location all the time after work. I'd stop on my way home to get my hair color, earrings, shampoo and conditioner and whatever else I wanted. Well, the last time I was there.... I was getting out of my car... And one of the employees parked next to me. She swung her door open so hard it dinged my car. She looked at me closed her door and sat in her car. She didn't say anything!! No apology NOTHING!!! I waited and then walked into the store. She walked in right behind me, saw me standing by the front door, walked right past me with her straight across black bangs, still no apology for door dinging my car. She told another employee to go to the back with her. Not saying anything to me. I stayed in the store for about 30 minutes. This lady did not come out of the back roo

Do not recommend. Ordered online using a gift card I had and within 2 hours they had cancelled it without a reason and now I’m unable to use the gift card that I had used on the order. $50 gone just like that. Awful experience, this is why I stick with Amazon for my hair needs. Never again attempting to spend a dime here for the rest of my existence.
