Sally Beauty

Lady working there was extremely helpful in helping me find the right hair dye. She was extremely nice and got me all the stuff I needed as a newbie to this whole hair dying thing. She even recommended some stuff and I hope the next time I come in its her working that shift. I believe her name was Jayleigh, im not sure but I will definitely remember her face.

Answered my call right away but did not have my product nor do they know when it will be restocked. Offered to call other locations while I was on hold and said there wasn't any Sally's within 50 miles that had the product in stock. Better customer service than the other 2 locations around Birmingham.

The staff is nice and everything. But I'm used to using ion brand everything when dying my hair. The one younger lady suggested I used age beautiful to bleach my hair. Well it fried my hair after one use and only bleached my roots. I prefer atalla Sally's beauty supply. The lady there told me the age beautiful was a toner and was like" why would she tell you to use that?"

Great location, convenientto me. It's hard to shop when the employee(s ) stand there just watching your every little move. I see y people are starting to do mobile orders, less foolery to fool with.

They were very helpful and answered all my stupid questions lol. The best service I have had from any Sally's location. It was so worth the drive.
