Sally Beauty

I posted a review before when my first few visits weren’t so great (rude employees, reeking of weed). I’ve gone back in a few times recently and I really have to say I will start coming here again instead of going to Scarborough! The young lady I worked with I think her name was Carrie was such a friendly, energetic worker who really cares about her job and she took the time to really help me. Unfortunately I forgot to catch the other young woman’s name but I do remember her being the manager, was also super friendly and had so much knowledge. They made my day.

I went for semi perm color but didn’t really know what I wanted, the manager and I think her name was Carrie helped me so so much. They’re super sweet girls, super caring and they both went out of their way to try to help me. I will be coming back :)

I rarely go to this Sally Beauty due to the fact the associates there just want to rush people in and out of the door and are generally unapproachable, but I came in on Saturday to fix a nightmare situation in my hair and I was blown away by the Store Manager. I have no idea when she was hired, but she is exactly what this place needs!!!!! I messed my hair up with a box bleach kit from Hannaford, and she took so much time to help me figure out what products I needed and exactly how to do it, along with follow up care for my very…very fried hair. She’s super bubbly. I’ll now look forward to coming into this Sally location

The staff were whispering to each other, making fun of my partner and saying that she had a "smokers voice" (she was sick). We felt extremely unwelcome there and will not be coming back to this location.

So tonight my daughter reminded me of the hair tinsel that she wanted for her dance. I realized the time and in a panic I floored it over to Sally’s. However gps said my time would be 8:02 with traffic. So I called the store and Carrie answered. I told her about the dilemma and she pulled the product that I needed and had it on the counter. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal to some. But having a store stay open. Even 1 minute before closing is hard to come by. She didn’t question it. And she had the tinsel right at the counter ready for me to cash out. Carrie was so sweet, caring, respectful, and just amazing to deal with, on the phone and in person. I’ll 110% be back. I am so happy that she accommodated me for my daughter’s dance. You deserve a raise darling. Thank you. You made my d
