Associates were great but I did unfortunately trip on some uneven tile while buying my semipermanent color. It appears duct taped and not tended to. It’s unfortunate that a company of this caliber can’t take time to fix tile issues.

Great selection of products and VERY friendly staff! I came in with *some* hair knowledge but very indecisive. The staff were so helpful and informative and made sure I left feeling confident! I’ll definitely be back just to see the staff again- they’re all amazing! Flowers to them. :)

Just stopped by and needed help with gel polish and color safe shampoo. Sydney was working and helped me go through all the gel polish products and gave me some advice on different brands. They also gave me a recommendation on a new shampoo and conditioner. Super friendly and knowledgeable, give them a raise!

The girl with purple hair was so friendly and helpful !! Also my hair tuned out perfect she helped me find the right toners to mix and gave me tips!!
