It is always nice to walk in a business and be greeted. A big shout out to Ms. Amelia for greeting me and showing me to items that were on sale, letting me know about the buy one get one deal, answering my questions, listening to my concerns, then showing me some suggestions. Definitely will be visiting again. Kindness and knowledge go very far.

Usually I get great customer service but I went in there the other day and the woman just really disappointed me. I clearly said I just colored my hair a couple months ago and just wanted something to touch up around the face without having to dye my hair again right now. She would not get off of me dying my hair again. It's the only thing for dark hair she says you can try semi but it's a waste the masks don't work on dark hair she says. Everything the other lady said to try she would knock down I ended up buying nothing leaving going to Wegmans and getting some touch up to hold me over. Was just disappointed

I was looking to purchase some hair at the last minute from Sally Beauty Supply in Bel Air. The worker at the counter asked, “ What brings you in here today?” Not Can I help you something. I was extremely offended with that question along with her Behavior. As a women of color, She assumed i was going to steal something. She stood within inches watching to see what I was doing. Even if they had the item, I wouldn’t have purchased it. I’m sure my sale or lack of wouldn’t have made a difference. It’s the Principle. To ask as question of that matter. When two white people walked in at the same time and nothing was asked.

I normally do fine in that store but lately I’ve been having this woman sell me the wrong stuff or the store just never has what I need. I wanted to dye my roots for a wedding and I wanted a dark purple or plum to put in the blonde parts to match my black hair. But the lady sold me this bubble gum pink dye saying it will turn purple. I know I mixed it with the right developer on the box.

Normally I shop at the Sally’s in Aberdeen but this one is closer to home. I came in knowing exactly what I needed was greeted and told the sale. I noticed I forgot my purse in the car. I handed my items to the cashier, told her I needed to run to my car and would be right back. When I returned, I retrieved my items continued you shopping only to hear they had contacted security, you could hear the message being played through the store asking about suspicious activity. I hear the white woman at the cash register on the phone with the company and after I checked out, I could heard the Asian woman on the phone telling the company there was no threat. When I confronted the cashier about it, she said it was a routine alarm that went off to check on them. If that’s the case I find it interesti
