They need more hair color variety especially in the Demi permanent!!! They are always sold out of the copper colors and red colors! Come on Sally’s order more! The whole store has the bare minimum! I guess that makes them look good when inventory comes around! I was so happy we got a Sally’s and now it’s like what’s the point?! They never have anything good!

Only gave it 4 because the product I buy there works good but other then that, the register lady is kind of rude, asked me please put hand sanitizer on before I touch anything , and I didn’t hear her and kept walking, and she raised her voice and said sir hand sanitizer. So I put some on. Other then that she greeted me kindly and told me thank you after I left.

Nice store but I paid 24$ for eyelash pack that I just found out they got at Walmart for 15 .... so yeah in this day an age 9$ is gas money

Worst sally ever!!!! 1. The cashier didn’t know anything about products, if you asked her something she was just on her cel phone 2. Her shirt was fullllllll of cat hair and she smelled weird 3. Had no lipsticks or eyelashes

The cashier was so rude last time I was there! I believe her name was Caitlyn. She just rolled her eyes when I asked for help and acted like I was on her nerves by shopping there. Terrible customer service.
