The 2 women up front were complaining about some drama the whole time I was trying to find my products to the point I couldn't even concentrate. Also, not one asked if I needed help. I felt a little bad interrupting their conversation. I got the highlighting powder and later learned instead of getting 3 packs for $5 each I could have gotten a tub for the same price. It would have been nice for them to have told me that, especially when the worker was the one that confirmed I needed more powder. A professional would have known inherently but I am a newbie.

Personally I love the store but at the bedford location itself there is literally 1 associate I want to deal with the others a rude and don't seem to be very knowledgeable. I asked a question last time I was in and literally the girl rolled her eyes before she answered me. When you're doing something to try and make yourself feel better about your appearance that's the last thing you need. They need to do better!

I'm not coming in to spend $100 on supplies and not be able to use the toilet! I'll take my chances ordering on Amazon thanks

The place to go for all things beauty. They had everything I needed at a good price. The staff was great and the girl that helped me was one of the friendliest people I had ever met. Great employee. Happy shopping 👜💅💄💋
