They refuse to return items for store credit without a receipt, even though the policy states you can. Then they whisper about you when you’re within earshot. I called customer service and asked them to follow up with the store and offer them some training. I did indeed make the purchases online, which the manager “graciously” allowed me to return but only 2 items. Don't let them bully you into keeping items, the policy is clearly stated on the back of the receipt. Very unprofessional.

My advice if you go here, I’d do your own research prior, and not ask for help from the employees. Asked for a color for dark hair, and she gave me a highlighter, not even actual hair dye. I admit my own mistake was taking her advice without reading the box, but if you guys don’t know, just say that. Went and tried to give it another chance today and bought some light copper blonde for my touch up, and now I’m red, not natural red, not brownish red, I’m RED. The boxes don’t have colors on them, come on guys I’m so sick of trusting the local beauty supply with my hair and each time I leave unhappier.

The clerk will be nice to your face but really she is going to screw you over big time. She recommended charcoal bleach and said that we did not need toner. Anytime you use bleach to plan on going blonde always buy toner. Please do your research before coming here and do not listen to lady with the septum piercing.

I was in today, and the clerk was the nicest and most helpful girl. She even complimented my dress when I was checking out. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Went in yesterday thinking I bought a really pretty purple/blue color... only to come home and find out they stocked the wrong color on the wrong hair piece. So now I’m stuck with grey hair thank you Sally’s I always wanted to be an old gma
