I came here to look at hair extensions. I had a few questions so I asked one of the workers if she could help us. One of the brands I really liked so I asked her if they had any red highlighted extensions & if not how to color extensions. She went to the back to look & was gone for like 20 minutes. I’m just patiently waiting for her to come back. Then I see her talking to another employee. I asked her if she found any & she gave me a disgusted look & said no. I left. If she didn’t want to help me, that’s fine. But if you don’t want to help people then you probably shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry.

I made an account I tried to log in it.Wouldn't let me log in?This is after I already preselected all of the items that I wanted. They said to log off which I didn't really know if I was logged in or not. They let me order everything, but they would not let me pay for it.So they told me to refresh it and relock , and now it will not let me log in.

Daniel and John are a great duo and they were very helpful and attentive to not only me but the other customers in the store as well. They were very helpful but not overly helpful like some other stores' employees are to where it just becomes an unpleasant experience, Daniel and John were exceptionally great...they gave just the right amount of customer service. Sally's has done very well with hiring these two gentlemen and placing them in the same store together, because they compliment each other in every way. They both have a passion to not only serving in the beauty industry but also to making sure their customers are getting just the right products to fit their individual and specific needs, without pushing unnecessary products onto them. I had a great experience here. The woman working was so nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and told me about the offers they were having. Their prices are great too.
