I stopped going to this location a year or 2 ago because it was awful. I stopped in today on a pinch and I’m so impressed! The store is so much nicer now and the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. Tiffany Clark was the one that helped me. I’ll definitely be coming back instead of driving all the way to Lake Jackson.

Went in to this location today with my grandmother looking for some new haircare products. While I was impressed by the product knowledge of the woman helping us, I was NOT impressed by the unprofessionalism that occurred after our interaction. Someone came into the store (possibly a relative or just a close friend) and they both began to loudly talk about someone they didn't like while my grandmother and I were in the store. I've been in the beauty industry for almost 10 years (licensed and certified) and you have to understand how and when to be professional and when to talk about personal life things with others. This isn't the only instance of unprofessionalism I've experienced at this location but this is definitely the final straw for me. I will not be returning to this location due

I have always wanted to try and do my own nails (to save money) so I came here not really expecting to have everything which is understandable. Ms. Casondra helped me every way possible, got to actually know me and what I was looking for!!! She was/is the best and definitely will be going back so she can help me!!!

This store makes me feel so weird and so uncomfortable every time I go in here this women is breathing literally down my neck constantly following me asking if she can help with anything Girl I know what I want but you are in my damn way like move I went in for products for my daughters hair and she’s like watching me like a hawk but in the area I wanted to be in she was pretending to stock up and move things around just to bother me and make me feel weird hate going here
