this location needs employees that know how to not make customers feel unwelcome while in the store. i was stared at and given nasty looks for the duration of my visit. as a former employee myself, this was by far the most uncomfortable experience ive had at a sallys. i was greeted though, which is sadly more than i can say for other locations. major bummer overall :(

Ion was supposed to be purple.. more violet or saphire and you can't just put it in naturally light hair without a bit of an Ombre effect. Had to take apart the box to read instructions. Italy hair product. Easy to open and apply. Set for 15 to 30 mins. Rinse in cool water to set. Pleasant smell. Artic Fox color is fantastic❣️ You CAN throw it in naturally light hair. It is a medium price. Simplely 1 step... section clean, dry hair and apply. Let set for 30 mins and rinse. Smells lovely as well❣️💯❤️‍🔥

Walked in wanting to dye my eyebrows, I’m a redhead so my eyebrows are blonde and hard to see. After walking around a bit looking for some eye safe eyebrow dye, I got my girl jaylens attention and asked her to help me out, she knew exactly where to go and what to get me (we got beard dye because it was the most eye safe) and now my eyebrows look the perfect tint with my hair!! Thank you jaylen for helping a girly out I had no idea what I was doing :)

If I could give 0 I would be. I placed an online pick up order for clippers. 4 hours after placing my order and getting a confirmation we drive to the store to see if it is almost ready, and to my surprise the store was closed. Call and talk to a bunch of different random people as well as another store to figure out that I can't even cancel this to go to an open store. Call as soon as the store opened this morning to find out they don't even have my product in store available. How does a business place a hold on my bank account as I bought a product that they clearly stated they had in-store to just be cancelled anyways and have to wait hours to days for the pending charges to be reversed. Very rude staff. I asked for an opinion and one staff member was a little sarcastic. She asked me a question and I was in the middle of answering her question when the manager, "Jay" looked very disgusted with me. He interrupted me and abruptly said, "Are you ready to listen?" I was really quite dumbfounded that he did this because I was answering a question asked by his other staff member. I guess if you have any questions save it for Google and avoid the headache. I will say, I have been a customer of Sally's since the mid-90's and have never had issue until now. I don't really know how I offended the manager when I was answering a question asked by his other staff member. Hope corporate does a follow up. I didn't deserve that.
